    • Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to departure.
    • Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure, at which time we pay your hotels in full. If you need to cancel your trip after you’ve made your final payment, refund policies vary from hotel to hotel. While we can't guarantee we can get all of your money back, we will ask and we will try. Independent travel insurance is a good way to go, for peace of mind.
  • Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions below for both travelers.

ITINERARY: Hoadley & Blake reserves the right to modify program itineraries and substitute accommodations at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

PASSPORT: You confirm that your passport will be valid for at least three months after the date you depart the Schengen Area of Europe (Schengen covers most of Western Europe with the exception of the U.K. and Ireland). European customs officials will not allow you in if your passport expires in less than three months from your departure date.

Our coach is not outfitted with wheelchair facilities and Europe does not have a disabilities act for building access.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

ABILITY TO CONTINUE: Guests who become ill or incapacitated during a trip will be responsible for their own health needs and subsequent costs. The travel group will continue traveling on the planned route on the planned schedule despite your inability to continue to travel.

VISAS: Non-U.S. and Non-Canadian citizens should contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements to countries inside Europe's Shengen Area. Countries visited on our tours include France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. U.S. and Canadian citizens are allowed inside the Shengen Area for a total of 90 days in a six month period without advance visa requirements.

HEALTH: You agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to any communicable or infectious disease including illness, death or injury.
