    • Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to departure.
    • Final payment is invoiced 90 days before departure, at which point we settle your hotel accommodations in full. Because most hotels do not offer refunds after this stage, any cancellation requests must be reviewed directly with each property. We will advocate on your behalf and secure any refund they are willing to provide. Policies vary by hotel.
For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend securing independent travel insurance.
  • Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions below for both travelers.

    • ITINERARY: Hoadley & Blake reserves the right to modify program itineraries and substitute accommodations at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our coach is not outfitted with wheelchair facilities and Europe does not have a disabilities act for building access.
    • TRAVEL INSURANCE: Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
    • ABILITY TO CONTINUE: Guests who become ill or incapacitated during a trip will be responsible for their own health needs and subsequent costs. The travel group will continue traveling on the planned route on the planned schedule despite your inability to continue to travel.

    • Service Provider And Suppliers: Hoadley & Blake acts solely as a tour operator and is not liable for the acts of any service provider or supplier for any reason. Service providers and suppliers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Hoadley & Blake.
    • ARBITRATION: Any claim arising out of or relating in any way to these terms and conditions, to the website, marketing materials or any information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, USA.
